STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT relative to state contracts.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Online Access to State Information. Amend RSA 9-F:1, II(d) to read as follows:

(d) State contracts entered into as a result of requests for proposals.

(e) Any other information as determined by the department of information technology and the department of administrative services, in consultation with the legislative oversight committee established in RSA 9-F:2.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2012.

FISCAL IMPACT:

    The Legislative Budget Assistant has determined that this legislation, as amended by the Senate (Amendment #2012-1763s), has a total fiscal impact of less than $10,000 in each of the fiscal years 2012 through 2016.
