STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve
AN ACT relative to state employee information available on the state transparency website.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Online Access to Budget Information and Reports; State Employee Information. Amend RSA 9-F:1, II(b) to read as follows:
(b) Annual salaries of all full-time state employees, listed by pay type category and in a searchable format that includes the state agency, accounting unit, job title, position number, and whether the position is vacant or filled.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.

FISCAL IMPACT:
The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant is unable to complete a fiscal note for this bill as it is awaiting information from the Department of Administrative Services. When completed, the fiscal note will be forwarded to the House Clerk's Office.
