FISCAL IMPACT:

The Department of Justice states this bill, as amended by the House (Amendment #2011-2718h), may increase state expenditures by an indeterminable amount in FY 2012 and each year thereafter. There is no fiscal impact on county and local expenditures, or state, county and local revenue.

METHODOLOGY:

The Department of Justice states this bill directs the Attorney General to join the lawsuit entitled State of Florida et al. v. United States Department of Health and Human Services et al.
