SB 358 FISCAL NOTE

AN ACT relative to eligibility for free admission to the state park system for members of the armed forces.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Department of Resources and Economic Development states this bill, as amended by the House (Amendment #2012-1929h), will have no fiscal impact on state, county, and local revenue and expenditures.

METHODOLOGY:

The Department of Resources and Economic Development states this bill relates to the eligibility for free admission to the state park system for members of the armed forces. The Department states in its 2012 fee package for the state park system adopted by the Fiscal Committee of the General Court on April 13, 2012, provisions to grant free day-use admission to state parks for active members of any military branch, including active and reserve members of the NH National Guard were included. Therefore, this bill will not change the park revenue projected by the Department.
