STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twelve

AN ACT setting the natural mean high water mark of Silver Lake in Belmont and Tilton.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Silver Lake; High Water Mark. Amend RSA 271:20 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:

IV. The general court finds, based on all available information, that the natural mean high water mark of Silver Lake in Belmont and Tilton is 465.0 feet above mean sea level.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
