STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to the committee on legislator orientation.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Committee on Legislator Orientation. Amend RSA 17-C:2 to read as follows:

17-C:2 Membership. The committee is composed of 3 members of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house, 2 members of the senate appointed by the president of the senate, the clerks of both houses, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house [and] the director of legislative services or his or her designee, and the director of house committee services. A chairman shall be elected by the members of the committee.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
