STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT repealing a duty of the assessing standards board concerning municipal reimbursement for the cost of assessments.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
18:1 Repeal. RSA 21-J:11-a, III, relative to the assessing standards board recommendation for municipal reimbursement of the cost of assessments, is repealed.
18:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
