AN ACT relative to the board of trustees of a chartered public school.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to the board of trustees of a chartered public school.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Chartered Public Schools; Establishment. Amend RSA 194-B:3, II(c) to read as follows:
(c) [Methods by which trustees and their terms are determined] Information relating to the board of trustees including the number of trustees, terms of office, quorum requirements, procedures for removal and for filling vacancies, procedures for noticing and conducting annual meetings, procedures for adopting an annual budget, and procedures for amending the school’s charter.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
