STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to the tobacco tax.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2011, 224:379 through 224:381, relative to contingent tax rate increases of the tobacco tax on cigarettes and other tobacco products based on reporting of tobacco tax revenues, are repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2013.
