AN ACT repealing a future reduction in vessel registration fees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. 2009, 144:150, relative to reducing vessel registration fees in RSA 270-E:5, I, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.

AN ACT repealing a future reduction in vessel registration fees.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The Department of Safety states this bill, as introduced, will increase state restricted revenues by $1,529,580 in FY 2016 and each year thereafter. There will be no fiscal impact on county and local revenues, or state, county, and local expenditures.
METHODOLOGY:
The Department of Safety states this bill will repeal a reduction in vessel registration fees currently scheduled to take effect on July 1, 2015. Based on the current number of vessel registrations, the Department estimates the proposed legislation will increase state restricted revenues by $1,529,580 in FY 2016 and each fiscal year thereafter.
Based on the current number of vessel registrations, the Department states the fees in effect produce $3,059,160 of revenue per fiscal year:
