STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT establishing orange, red, and yellow as the state colors.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; State Emblems; State Colors. Amend RSA 3 by inserting after section 26 the following new section:

3:27 State Colors. The colors orange, red, and yellow are hereby designated as the official state colors of New Hampshire.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
