STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen

AN ACT relative to child support expenditures.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Paragraph; Child Support Guidelines; Application of Guidelines; Separate Account Required. Amend RSA 458-C:4 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:

V. The obligee shall maintain a separate bank account for the deposit of all child support payments received under this chapter to assure that the child support payments are used for the support of the child. The bank account shall be open to the periodic examination of the court and the obligor under such terms and conditions as the court deems appropriate.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2014.
