HB 654 FISCAL NOTE

AN ACT relative to licensure and renewal fees.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services states this bill, as introduced, would decrease state revenue by $108,325 in FY 2014, $82,450 in FY 2015, and by an indeterminable amount in FY 2016 and each year thereafter. There will be no fiscal impact on state, county and local expenditures, or county and local revenue.

METHODOLOGY:

The Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Improvement and Integrity, which provides support to the boards administratively attached to the Department, states this bill establishes licensure and renewal fees by statute instead of by administrative rules.
