STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to the membership of the advanced manufacturing education advisory council.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Subparagraph; Advanced Manufacturing Education Advisory Council. Amend RSA 188-E:22, I by inserting after subparagraph (i) the following new subparagraph:

(j) One member who is employed as a secondary school counselor or a state guidance director, appointed by the governor.

2 Advanced Manufacturing Education Advisory Council. Amend RSA 188-E:22, II(a) to read as follows:

(a) The term of office for each member appointed under subparagraphs I(g), I(h), [and] I(i), and I(j) shall be 3 years, or until a successor is appointed and qualified in the case of a vacancy. The term of office for all other members shall be coterminous with the term of office for the position that qualifies that member to serve on the advisory council. A vacancy shall be filled in the same manner, but only for the unexpired term.

3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
