Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Belknap County; County Convention; Appropriations and Transfers. Amend RSA 24 by inserting after section 13-c the following new section:

24:13-d Belknap County. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the following procedures shall apply in Belknap county:

I. The appropriations voted pursuant to RSA 24:13 shall be itemized in detail, including specific lines within each department, and a record thereof shall be kept by the clerk of the county convention and the county treasurer.
