AN ACT relative to exemptions from boiler inspection requirements.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to exemptions from boiler inspection requirements.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 Boilers and Pressure Vessels; Inspection Exemptions. Amend RSA 157-A:6, I to read as follows:

I. The inspection requirements of RSA 157-A:8, 9-a, and 10 shall not apply to buildings used exclusively as private residences or private residences in which a resident maintains a home office, or apartment houses of less than 3 family units.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
