STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to the report submission date of the state retiree health plan commission.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 State Retiree Health Plan Commission; Report. Amend RSA 100-A:56, III(b) to read as follows:
(b) Ensure that an actuarial valuation report is completed by a qualified, independent actuary and submitted to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate, and the governor, on or before December [1] 31 of every [even-numbered] odd-numbered year.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
