AN ACT relative to membership of the state transparency website oversight committee.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen

AN ACT relative to membership of the state transparency website oversight committee.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 State Transparency Website Oversight Committee; Membership. Amend RSA 9-F:2, II(a) to read as follows:

(a) The members of the committee shall be as follows:

(1) [Three] Four members of the house of representatives, appointed by the speaker of the house of representatives.

(2) [Three] Two members of the senate, appointed by the president of the senate.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
