This bill adds schools and other educational organizations to the blanket accident and health insurance provision of insurance law.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT relative to student coverage.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Subparagraph; Insurance; Blanket Accident and Health Insurance. Amend RSA 415:18, I-a by inserting after subparagraph (e) the following new subparagraph:
(f) A school, institution of higher education, or other educational organization, which shall be deemed the policyholder and which shall cover all persons who are students, employees, or unpaid volunteers performing services for the policyholder.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
