In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Thirteen
AN ACT relative to hours of sales by off-premises liquor licensees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Hours of Sales. Amend RSA 179:17, II(a) to read as follows:
(a) Off-premises licensees may sell from 6:00 a.m. to [11:45 p.m.] 1:00 a.m., 7 days a week.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2014.
