STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT requiring that all providers be allowed to participate in the health exchange.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Health Exchange; Inclusion of All Providers. Amend RSA 420-N by inserting after section 8 the following new section:
420-N:8-a Inclusion of All Providers. An insurer participating in the health exchange under this chapter shall allow any willing provider in the state the opportunity to negotiate in good faith to participate in its exchange network.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
