STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT removing the restriction on the number of pupils eligible to transfer to a chartered public school.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
61:1 Repeal. RSA 194-B:3-a, V(c), relative to limits on the number of pupils eligible to transfer to a chartered public school, is repealed.
61:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
