AN ACT authorizing the community college system to waive tuition and fees for employees and employees' dependents.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fourteen
AN ACT authorizing the community college system to waive tuition and fees for employees and employees' dependents.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Community College System of New Hampshire; Authority of the Board of Trustees. Amend RSA 188-F:6, X to read as follows:
X. Establish and collect tuition, room and board, and fees, and to set policies, including waivers of tuition and fees for community college system faculty, adjunct faculty, and staff, and dependents of the same, related to these and other charges, including fees for the reasonable use of community college system of New Hampshire facilities.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
