STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen
AN ACT relative to a named insured of a life insurance policy.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Life Insurance Policies; Notification Required. Amend RSA 408 by inserting after section 10-a the following new section:
408:10-b Notification Required. A life insurance company shall notify a named insured of a life insurance policy if the named insured did not take out the policy.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
