AN ACT relative to use of insurance scores for rating policies.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

AN ACT relative to use of insurance scores for rating policies.

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

1 New Section; Information Used for Rating Insurance Policies. Amend RSA 412 by inserting after section 15 the following new section:

412:15-a Information Used for Rating Insurance Policies. Every property and casualty insurance company doing business in this state shall make available to the consumer, upon request, all information used to rate a policy which reflected negatively on any policy or the owner of the policy resulting in a change to the cost of the policy to the consumer.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
