STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to notice required to conduct an event on state house grounds.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Department of Administrative Services; Demonstrations and Events on State House Grounds; Notice Required. Amend RSA 21-I:11, I(c)(1) to read as follows:
\t\t\t\t(1) Subject to the direction and supervision of the commissioner of administrative services, acting as custodian of the state house, legislative office building, state house annex, state library, and, with the exception of interior maintenance of the acute psychiatric services building and all transitional housing buildings including the Howard recreation building, all state-owned buildings located on the campus of the New Hampshire hospital as described in RSA 4:39-a, as well as the grounds connected with each of the foregoing properties, and have charge of all matters relating to the care, maintenance, and repair of said property. The commissioner of administrative services shall not require submission of an application to hold a demonstration, event, or display on state house grounds more than 48 hours prior to the demonstration, event, or display.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
