STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to subdivision of land.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  New Subparagraph; Subdivision Regulations; Environmental Contamination.  Amend RSA 674:36, II by inserting after subparagraph (o) the following new subparagraph:

\t\t\t(p)  As a condition of subdivision approval, require that the applicant clean up any area of environmental contamination.

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
