STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to teacher qualifications at charter schools.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  Chartered Public Schools; Employees.  Amend RSA 194-B:14, IV to read as follows:

\t\tIV.  [The] All teaching staff of a chartered public school shall [consist of a minimum of 50 percent of teachers either New Hampshire certified or having at least 3 years of teaching experience] possess a valid New Hampshire teaching credential.   

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
