STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to the membership of the occupational therapy governing board.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t76:1  Allied Health Professionals; Occupational Therapy Governing Board; Physician.  Amend RSA 328-F:4, V to read as follows:

\t\tV.  The occupational therapy governing board shall consist of [2] 3 licensed occupational therapists and one occupational therapy assistant, who have actively engaged in the practice of occupational therapy in this state for at least 3 years, [one physician knowledgeable in the practice of occupational therapy,] and one public member.

\t76:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
