STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\tauthorizing the fish and game department to grant awards for solutions to reducing the Asian shore crab and European green crab populations.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Fish and Game Department; Asian Shore Crab and European Green Crab Population Reduction; Grants Authorized. The executive director is hereby authorized to expend fish and game funds not in excess on $10,000 for the establishment of an award program for citizens to propose solutions which result in the reduction of the Asian shore crab and European green crab populations.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
