STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\tprohibiting bank fees for on-line accounts.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Paragraph; Bank Fees on On-Line Accounts. Amend RSA 382-A:4-401 by inserting after paragraph (d) the following new paragraph:
\t\t\t(e) A bank shall not charge a fee for an account accessible on-line.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
