STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to medical benefits under motor vehicle insurance.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  Repeal.  RSA 264:16, II-IV, relative to medical payments, are repealed.

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
