STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trepealing provisions of law regulating Sunday business activities.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
\t\tI. RSA 332-D, relative to Sunday business activities.
\t\tII. RSA 275:32 - RSA 275:35, relative to regulation of Sunday work, days of rest, and exceptions.
\t2 Games of Chance; Sunday Hours. Amend RSA 287-D:14, VII to read as follows:
\t\tVII. Games of chance may be conducted [Monday through Saturday] between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. the following day[, and on Sunday between the hours of noon and 1:00 a.m. Monday].
\t3 Bingo; Sunday Hours. Amend RSA 287-E:7, IV to read as follows:
\t\t IV. No bingo games shall be conducted prior to 11:00 a.m. [on a Saturday or a weekday, prior to noon on a Sunday,] or after 11:00 p.m. on any day.
\t4 Children's Bingo at Private Hotels and Campgrounds; Sunday Hours. Amend RSA 287-E:13, I to read as follows:
\t\tI. No games shall be conducted prior to 11:00 a.m. [on a weekday, prior to noon on a Sunday] or after 8:00 p.m. on any day.
\t5 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
