STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to the registration of antique trailers.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t16:1 Antique Trailer Plates. Amend RSA 261:89-a, II to read as follows:
\t\tII. For the purposes of this section, "trailer'' means any vehicle [with a single axle and one tire on each side of the axle,] without motive power, designed for carrying passengers or property wholly on its own structure and for being drawn by a self-propelled vehicle.
\t16:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
