STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Sixteen
AN ACT\trelative to parental rights.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
\t1 New Subdivision; Parental Rights. Amend RSA 460 by inserting after section 29 the following new subdivision:
Parental Rights
\t460:30 Parental Rights. Parents have the natural right to control the health, education, and welfare of their children.
\t2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
