STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Fifteen

 

AN ACT\trelative to funding for the New Hampshire agricultural lands program.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

\t1  Appropriation.  The sum of $3,000,000 for each of the fiscal years ending June 30, 2016 and June 30, 2017 is hereby appropriated to the department of agriculture.  This appropriation shall be used to fund the New Hampshire agricultural lands program authorized in RSA 432:18.  This appropriation shall be in addition to any other funds appropriated to the department of agriculture.  The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.

\t2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2015.

SB 61-FN-A - FISCAL NOTE

 

AN ACT\trelative to funding for the New Hampshire agricultural lands program.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill, as introduced, will increase state general fund expenditures by $3,000,000 in FY 2016 and $3,000,000 in FY 2017.  There is no impact on county and local expenditures or state, county and local revenue.

 

This bill appropriates $3,000,000 in FY 2016 and $3,000,000 in FY 2017 to the Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food for the purpose of this act.

 

METHODOLOGY:

The Office of Legislative Budget Assistant states this bill appropriates $3,000,000 in FY 2016 and $3,000,000 in FY 2017 to the Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food for the purpose of the agricultural lands program authorized in RSA 432:18.  This bill will increase state general fund expenditures by $3,000,000 in FY 2016 and $3,000,000 in FY 2017.
