STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT naming a building in honor of Van McLeod.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Van McLeod Building. The building located at 19 Pillsbury Street in the city of Concord shall be named the Van McLeod Building in honor of Van McLeod who served as the commissioner of the department of cultural resources for 24 years. Appropriate signage shall be placed on, or at the site of the building.
2 Signage. The cost of design, construction, maintenance, and installation of any signage, replacement signage, or other markers required under section 1 of this act shall not be a charge to the state. However, the design, construction, and installation of any signage or other markers required under this act shall be approved by the department of transportation.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
