STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Legislative Proceedings; Press Identification. Amend RSA 14 by inserting after section 14-c the following new section:
14:14-d Press Identification. Each member of the press corps covering the proceedings of the general court shall wear on his or her outer garment a clearly visible name tag when working in the state house or the legislative office building. The name tag shall consist of the person's first and last name and the name of the person's organization.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
