STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to continuation of a public hearing of the zoning board of adjustment.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Zoning Board of Adjustment; Public Hearing; Continuance. Amend RSA 676:7 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. If the board of adjustment finds that it cannot conclude the public hearing within the time available, it may vote to continue the hearing to a specified time and place with no additional notice required.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
