STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to the definition of a cigar bar.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Liquor Licenses and Fees; Definition of Cigar Bar. Amend RSA 178:20-a, II(d) to read as follows:
(d) Does not allow cigarette smoking or [service of] food to be sold on the premises.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
