STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 State Retiree Health Plan Commission; Membership. Amend RSA 100-A:56, I(e) to read as follows:
(e) The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee.
2 Enhanced 911 Commission; Membership. Amend RSA 106-H:3, I(a)(9) to read as follows:
(9) The commissioner of the department of administrative services, or designee.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
