This bill requires state employers to calculate and report to the public employee labor relations board, the board of the state employer, and each employee within the bargaining unit, the ratio of the number of employees in the unit paying dues to the total number of employees in the unit.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to reports to the public employee labor relations board.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Public Employee Labor Relations; State Employees; Records and Reports. Amend RSA 273-A by inserting after section 16 the following new section:
273-A:16-a State Employees; Records and Reports. Each state employer shall calculate and report quarterly to the board, the board of the public employer, and each employee within each bargaining unit, as determined by the board under RSA 273-A:8, the total number of state employees within the bargaining unit paying union dues, the total number of state employees within the bargaining unit paying agency fees, and the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of the number of those state employees paying union dues to the total number of state employees in the bargaining unit.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
