STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

 

AN ACT relative to the return of a driver's license after reversal of an administrative license suspension.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Return of License; Administrative Suspension Reversal.  Amend RSA 265-A:27 to read as follows:

265-A:27  Not Guilty Finding or Reversal of Findings; Return of License.  Any person whose license was revoked under the provisions of RSA 265-A:26 who appeals and is not found guilty or whose license was administratively suspended under the provisions of RSA 265-A:30 who appeals and obtains a reversal of the findings shall have any previously held license returned.  No additional fee requirements shall be imposed in connection with such license restoration.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
