STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

 

AN ACT relative to rules relating to prison rehabilitation programs and inmate health.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Department of Corrections; Rulemaking.  Amend the introductory paragraph of RSA 21-H:13, III to read as follows:

III.  Standards for the management and operation of rehabilitation related programs to best serve the inmate population and to facilitate sentence reductions, including, but not limited to:

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
