METHODOLOGY:

This bill as amended would require professional boards and commissions served by the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification (OPLC) to identify in their websites reciprocity agreements with other states, and explain the details of what would be needed for reciprocity in the State of New Hampshire.  Professional boards and commissions under the administrative support of OPLC would also need to include a list of states that have reciprocal agreements with New Hampshire.  The OPLC states there are 10 boards that have either a state or federal reciprocity agreement.  OPLC estimates updating the websites would require 16 hours of existing OPLC staff time per board, 160 hours total.  The number of professional recruited by this online information is unknown, therefore the amount of general fund revenue is indeterminable.
