METHODOLOGY:

This bill provides that a retiree in the New Hampshire Retirement System shall not hold part-time employment with the same employer for which the retired member was employed at the time of retirement.  The New Hampshire Retirement System states there is no fiscal impact to the system since there is no dollar penalty that the system can levy on employers that fail to comply with the part-time employment restriction policy under RSA 100-A:1, XXXIV.
