AN ACT relative to classification of certain state employee positions.

ANALYSIS

 

This bill establishes salary grades for the following unclassified positions: assistant state veterinarian, tax policy analyst, insurance fraud investigator, and director of fire standards, training and emergency medical services.

 

The bill is a request of the joint committee on employee classification, established in RSA 14:14-c.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

 

AN ACT relative to classification of certain state employee positions.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Unclassified Salaries, Assistant State Veterinarian, Tax Policy Analyst; Insurance Fraud Investigator.  Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting the following positions:

I.  EE Department of agriculture, markets and foods, assistant state veterinarian.

II.  FF Department of revenue administration, tax policy analyst.

III.  FF Department of employment security, insurance fraud investigator (attorney III).

2  Unclassified Salaries, Director of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services.  Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by:

I.  Deleting:

GG  Department of safety, director, division of fire standards and training and emergency medical services.

II.  Inserting:

HH  Department of safety, director, division of fire standards and training and emergency medical services.

3  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
