SENATE BILL 130
AN ACT relative to classification of certain state employee positions.

This bill establishes salary grades for the following unclassified positions: director of film and digital media, assistant state veterinarian, tax policy analyst, insurance fraud investigator, director of fire standards, training and emergency medical services, executive director of the lottery commission, director of public health services, and chief forensic investigator.
The bill is a request of the joint committee on employee classification established in RSA 14:14-c.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to classification of certain state employee positions.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
150:1 Unclassified Salaries; Director of Film and Digital Media; Chief Forensic Investigator; Assistant State Veterinarian; Tax Policy Analyst; Insurance Fraud Investigator. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by inserting the following positions:
I. CC Department of cultural resources, director of film and digital media.
II. DD Department of justice, chief forensic investigator.
III. EE Department of agriculture, markets and foods, assistant state veterinarian.
IV. FF Department of revenue administration, tax policy analyst.
V. FF Department of employment security, insurance fraud investigator.
150:2 Unclassified Salaries, Director of Fire Standards and Training and Emergency Medical Services. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by:
I. Deleting:
GG Department of safety, director, division of fire standards and training and emergency medical services.
II. Inserting:
HH Department of safety, director, division of fire standards and training and emergency medical services.
150:3 Unclassified Salaries; Lottery Commission, Executive Director. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by:
I. Deleting:
HH Lottery commission, executive director.
II. Inserting:
II Lottery commission, executive director.
150:4 Unclassified Salaries; Department of Health and Human Services; Reference to Physician in Charge Removed; Director, Public Health Services Inserted. Amend RSA 94:1-a, I(b) by:
I. Deleting:
PP Department of health and human services, physician in charge.
II. Inserting:
II Department of health and human services, director, public health services.
150:5 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
