STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to implementation of the Medicaid managed care program.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Medicaid Managed Care Program; Implementation.
I. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, step 2 of the Medicaid managed care program, established in RSA 126-A:5, XIX, shall not be implemented before July 1, 2019.
II. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall re-procure contracts with vendors to administer the Medicaid managed care program, provided that the program shall not be implemented before July 1, 2019.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
