AN ACT relative to labeling for maple syrup.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to labeling for maple syrup.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Maple Syrup Labeling; Place of Origin. Amend RSA 429:14, I(b) to read as follows:
(b) [The true name of the product] The maple syrup's state or province of origin in a font equal to the label's title;
2 Maple Syrup Labeling; Place of Origin. Amend RSA 429:14, II(b) to read as follows:
(b) [The true name of the product] The product's state or province of origin in a font equal to the label's title;
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
