STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT repealing the prospective repeal of the rebuttable presumption of harm due to opioid drug abuse under the Child Protection Act.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  2016, 308:5, relative to the July 1, 2020 repeal of RSA 169-C:12-e, regarding the rebuttable presumption of harm due to opioid drug abuse under the Child Protection Act, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
